霸刀分享-修水县钨产业能否实现绿色智能突围？
修水县作为江西重要钨资源县，正积极探索钨产业绿色智能转型路径。
在国家“双碳”战略和江西省“1269行动计划”推动下，修水县自“十四五”以来，转型从“被动应对”转向“系统谋划”，以香炉山钨矿技改、尾矿再利用试验为起点，构建起绿色化、智能化、集群化的新型发展范式。
其转型路径有三大核心抓手。一是绿色技术攻坚，推广浮选柱选矿法、尾矿再回收利用等清洁工艺，支持企业开展钨渣无害化处理、仲钨酸铵绿色冶炼等关键技术攻关，并强化与科研平台协同。二是智能装备升级，虽本地矿山未见明确部署“5G + 工业互联网”控制中心，但模具产业已全面启动数字化转型，县域正将智能底座向矿业延伸。三是集群生态重构，锚定模具为首位产业带动钨深加工协同发展，通过相关机制推动钨产业向精深加工延链，还依托链主企业形成绿色食品—高端制造联动效应。
与“世界钨都”大余县相比，修水县在绿色化方面侧重中后端治理与循环，智能化尚处平台搭建阶段，集群形态链条不够完整、终端产品不够丰富，政策机制上绿色金融与生态补偿体系也不够完善。不过，修水县转型更多嵌入“工业强县”整体战略，依托模具产业集群反哺钨精深加工，在产业链组织效率、政策响应速度和跨产业协同上展现出山区县域突围特色。
下一步，修水县关键在于加速将模具园区的数字化能力向钨采选冶环节迁移，并推动龙头企业的绿色冶炼技术成果规模化落地。
Can the tungsten industry in Xiushe County achieve a green and smart breakthrough?
Xiushui County, as an important tungsten resource county in Jiangxi, is actively exploring the path of green and intelligent transformation of the tsten industry.
Driven by the national "double carbon" strategy and Jiangxi Province's "1269 Action Plan", Xiushui County has transformed "passive response" to "systematic planning" since the "14th Five-Year Plan", taking the technological transformation of Xianglu Mountain Tungsten Mine the trial re-utilization of tailings as the starting point, and building a new development paradigm that is green, intelligent, and clustered.
Its transformation path has three key focuses. First is the green technology breakthrough, promoting the clean processes such as the flotation column mining method andings re-recovery and utilization, supporting enterprises to carry out key technological research such as the harmless treatment of tungsten slag and the green metallurgy of ammonium parungstate, and strengthening the synergy with research and development platforms. Second is the intelligent equipment upgrading. Although the local mine has not seen a clear deployment of the “5G Industrial Internet” control center, the die and mold industry has fully started its digital transformation, and the county is extending the intelligent base to mining industry. Third is the reconstruction of cluster, which is anchored by the die and mold industry as the leading industry to drive the collaborative development of tungsten deep processing, promoting the tungsten industry to extend its industrial to deep processing through relevant mechanisms, and also relying on the leading enterprises to form a green food-high-end manufacturing synergy effect.
Compared with Dayu County, the "Tungsten Capital of the World", Xiu County focuses more on mid-to-late stage and recycling in terms of greening, while intelligentization is still in the stage of building platforms. The cluster form chain is not complete enough, and the terminal products are not rich. The policy mechanism of green finance and the system of ecological compensation are not perfect enough. However, Xiu County's transformation is more embedded in the overall strategy of "ustrial strong county", relying on the mold industry cluster to feed back on tungsten deep processing, showing the characteristics of mountainous county breaking through in terms of the organization efficiency the industrial chain, the speed of policy response and cross-industry synergy.
In the next step, the key for Xiu County is to accelerate the digital capability of mold park to migrate to the tungsten mining, selection and smelting links, and to promote the large-scale implementation of the green smelting technology achievements of the enterprises.
