硬质合金被誉为"工业的牙齿"，是制造业高质量发展的核心支撑。近400家硬质合金企业的集群优势与国家特色产业集群赋能，2026年1月21日，硬质合金产业链专题调研暨政企银对接座谈会在湖南合盾集团顺利举行，旨在搭建产业协同平台，推动行业提质增效。    

聚焦硬质合金共话产业发展    

本次座谈会以"聚焦产业链提质增效，深化政企银协同赋能"为主题，邀请市科技局、市政府办、区科工信局、区金融办相关负责同志，兴业银行总行及省市分行核心团队，硬质合金产业协会会长张忠健等行业代表参与，通过实地考察深度座谈共话发展。    

座谈会前，合盾集团董事长雄向与会嘉宾详细介绍了集团发展情况。随后，嘉宾一行参观了合盾集团非开挖工程技术(国际)产业园，深入了解集团在生产经营、技术研发、市场布局等方面的成果，重点考察了硬质合金核心产品及其在非开挖工程技术领域的产业链服务实践，对集团专注创新、深耕行业的发展路径给予高度认可。    

政企银共商共赢产业链聚势赋能    

座谈交流环节，兴业银行总行普惠金融部副总经理洪志哲介绍了兴业银行的发展情况和市场布局，充分肯定了在硬质合金领域的产业优势和地位，对合盾集团在硬质合金板块的应用领域以及非开挖市场所取得的成绩也给予了积极评价。兴业银行总行普惠金融部科创金融处处长何琼然重点介绍了面向产业链上的核心企业推出的定制化科创金融产品，并表达了与合盾集团等链中链典型企业拓展合作的意愿。    

后续交流中，各方围绕硬质合金产业链发展关键议题展开深入交流。内容涵盖核心企业与配套企业协同机制、上下游环节衔接优化、行业当前挑战与机遇、未来三至五年产业规划布局，以及金融与非金融服务精准对接等。与会代表积极建言，凝聚发展共识。    

硬质合金产业协会会长张忠健就行业发展趋势提出建议，阐明合作愿景与产业诉求。政府部门表示将持续加大产业支持力度，优化营商环境;兴业银行团队结合普惠金融与科创金融优势，表达了助力企业技术创新、产业链升级的坚定决心

Specialized   Research on the Hard Alloy Industry Chain    

Hard metal is known as the   "teeth of industry" and is the core support for high- development   of manufacturing industry. With the cluster advantage of nearly 400 hard   metal enterprises and the empowerment of national characteristic industry   clusters, on January 21, 206, the special research on the hard metal industry   chain and the government-enterprise-bank docking seminar were successfully   held in Hunan HeShield Group. The aim is build an industrial synergy platform   to promote the quality and efficiency of the industry.    

Focusing on hard metal and   talking about industry development    

This seminar, with the theme   of "ing on the quality and efficiency of the industry chain and   deepening the government-enterprise-bank synergy and empowerment",   invited relevant responsible persons from the Municipal Science and   Technology, the Municipal Government Office, the District Science and   Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and the District Finance Office,   the core team from the general office of China Construction Bank and the   provincial municipal branches, and industry representatives such as Zhang   Zhongjian, the chairman of the Hard Metal Industry Association, to   participate. Through in-depth discussions and talks, we talked development.    

Before the seminar,   Chairman Xiong of HeShield Group introduced the development of the group in   detail to the guests. Then, the guests visited the HeSh Group Non-Open   Engineering Technology (International) Industrial Park, and had a deep   understanding of the group's achievements in production, technology research   and development, and market layout. The was on the core products of hard   metal and its industrial chain service practice in the field of non-open   engineering technology, which was highly recognized for the group's   development path of on innovation and deepening the industry.    

Government, enterprises and   banks discuss the win-win industry chain and empower it    

During the discussion and   exchange session, Hong Zizhe, Deputy General Manager of the Poverty   Alleviation Finance Department of China Construction Bank Head Office,   introduced the development situation and market layout of China Construction   Bank, affirmed industrial advantages and status in the hard metal field, and   also gave a positive evaluation of the achievements made by HeShield Group in   the application field of hard metal and the non- market. Hong Zhiran, the   head of the Science and Technology and Innovation Finance Department of China   Construction Bank Head Office, introduced the customized science and   technology innovation financial products for enterprises in the industry   chain, and expressed the willingness to expand cooperation with typical   enterprises such as HeShield Group in the industry chain.    

In the subsequent exchange,   all parties had-depth exchanges on key issues of the development of the hard   metal industry chain. The content includes the synergy mechanism between core   enterprises and supporting enterprises, the optimization of the connection   upstream and downstream links, the current challenges and opportunities of   the industry, the industrial planning layout in the next three to five years,   and the precise docking of financial and non- services. The participants   actively made suggestions and reached a consensus on development.    

Zhang Zhongjian, chairman of   the Hard Metal Industry Association, made suggestions on the development   trend of industry and elaborated on the cooperation vision and industry   demands. The government departments said that they will continue to increase   support for the industry and optimize the business environment; the team of   China Bank, combined with the advantages of poverty alleviation finance and   science and technology innovation finance, expressed their firm determination   to help enterprises with technological innovation and industry chain   upgrading.    

Heield looks to the new   development and creates the future    

As a core participant in the   hard metal industry cluster, HeShield Group always adheres to the concept of   "innov-driven, synergy and win-win". This seminar is not only an   opportunity for the three parties to deepen their collaboration, but also a   reflection of the group' practice of industry responsibility.
