美国总统唐纳德·特朗普周五宣布，从全球国别关税中豁免石墨、钨、铀、金条等金属产品，但对硅胶产品征收关税。

US President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he would exempt metal products such as graphite, tungsten, uranium and gold bars from global country-specific tariffs, but impose tariffs on silicone products.
According to the executive order released on Friday, these adjustments will come into effect on Monday (September 8th).
Trump's order may also accelerate the implementation of customized trade agreements between the United States and other countries, making it easier for Washington to lift tariffs on aircraft parts, generic drugs, and certain products that cannot be grown, mined, or naturally produced within the United States, such as specialty spices and coffee, as well as unknown metals.
This measure officially established the plan to exempt gold bars from import tariffs. A few weeks ago, the ruling by the US Customs and Border Protection that import duties would be imposed on gold bars shocked traders and caused chaos.
According to the procedural adjustment, the United States Trade Representative and the Department of Commerce will have the authority to take action to implement the framework agreements signed with other countries, such as those signed by Trump with the European Union, Japan and South Korea. This will enable Trump to implement these changes without having to do so through his own executive orders.
